For a long time. I have been collecting a Chaos Space Marine army known as the Sons of Arkhan. Led by the fallen Chapter Master, Drar Arkhan, this ancient warband controls the Drisca System. Kharl is one of his lieutenants, in charge of the fleets. He answers to Arkhan alone
